Since 1996, the LAEDC’s Business Assistance team has retained or created more than 250,000 jobs in Los Angeles County. When local businesses face seemingly insurmountable challenges, the LAEDC’s Business Assistance team helps find alternatives to layoffs, so that people don’t find themselves out of a job.

LAEDC’s Business Assistance Program multi-lingual team provides confidential, free business assistance and advisory services to businesses as well as to the County and its 88 cities to attract, retain and expand businesses, jobs and investment.
