Your input and feedback is needed for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Regional Plan that is being co-developed with the L.A. Basin Region’s seven Workforce Development Boards.
L.A. County Workforce Development Board (WDB) staff and Community and Senior Services (CSS) are organizing six community stakeholder forums across L.A. County. These forums will bring together WIOA America’s Job Centers of California (AJCC) partners including: business organizations, labor, economic development entities, local municipalities, community colleges, adult education providers, representatives of K-12 education, community based organizations, faith based organizations and other WIOA partners and stakeholders to discuss key topics that will be central to the development and implementation of the L.A. Basin Regional Plan.
This is an essential opportunity for you to contribute by sharing your thoughts to help shape the future of our workforce development system in the Greater Los Angeles area. We hope to see you there!
