The LAEDC Institute for Applied Economics (IAE) Director Shannon Sedgwick and associate economist Tyler Laferriere will be offering insights into the ongoing ramifications and slowing recovery from the COVID-19-induced recession with an update on jobs, unemployment and industry performance. The IAE will also be offering its thoughts on both the commercial and residential real estate markets and emerging trends in business and household real estate preferences as companies seek to be Safer at Work and homes continue to double as offices and schoolrooms.  LAEDC CEO Bill Allen will also offer remarks and perspectives.
